Oak Unlimited Terms and Conditions for Giveaways and Contests

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in any giveaway contest ("Contest") hosted on the Oak Unlimited Furniture website ("Website") https://www.oakunlimitedfurniture.com/. By participating in the Contest, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from participating in the Contest.

1. Eligibility:
   a. The Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are residents of Ontario, Canada.
   b. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Oak Unlimited Furniture, its administrators, and sponsors are not eligible to participate.
    

2. Contest Period:
   a. The Contest period will be clearly specified on the Contest website page or social media post of Oak Unlimited Furniture.
   b. Entries received after the specified Contest period will not be considered.
    

3. How to Enter:
   a. Participants must follow the instructions provided on the Contest page of the Oak Unlimited Furniture Website or social media post.
   b. Each Participant is limited to one entry, unless otherwise stated.
   c. Any incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
    

4. Prize:
   a. The prize for the Contest will be specified on the Contest webpage or social media post for Oak Unlimited.
   b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
   c. Oak Unlimited Furniture reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
    

5. Winner Selection:
   a. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   b. The winner will be notified via email or direct message within seven (7) days of the Contest end date.
   c. If the winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
    

6. Prize Redemption:
   a. The winner must redeem their prize within six (6) weeks from the date of notification.
   b. To claim the prize, the winner must provide all required information accurately and in a timely manner. c. Oak Unlimited Furniture is not responsible for any delays, errors, or technical issues that may prevent the winner from redeeming their prize within the specified timeframe.
   d. If the prize is not claimed within the specified timeframe, it may be forfeited at the discretion of Oak Unlimited Furniture.
   e. All prize winners must pick up the prize themselves at the Oak Unlimited storefront, unless delivery is stated as included in the contest posting. Oak Unlimited Furniture is located at: 95 King St W, Bowmanville, ON L1C 1R2, Canada.
    

7. Publicity:
   a. By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to allow Oak Unlimited Furniture to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
    

8. Privacy:
   a. Oak Unlimited Furniture will collect, store, and process personal information provided by Participants solely for the purpose of administering the Contest.
   b. Oak Unlimited Furniture will handle personal information in accordance with its Anti-Spam Policy.
    

9. Limitation of Liability:
   a. Oak Unlimited Furniture and its administrators, employees, sponsors, and agents shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising from or related to the Contest or the prize.
    

10. Disqualification and Termination:
    a. Oak Unlimited Furniture reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
    b. Oak Unlimited Furniture may terminate or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice or liability.
     

11. Governing Law:
    a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Contest, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules or instructions provided by Oak Unlimited Furniture.
